Haiku Generator!

I made a Haiku Generator in PHP! Here it is displayed inline:

The pretty flower
Moving very forcefully
It is colourful

Get the source and an explanation on how it works via comments. Get the original AppleScript source which I made, but then ported it to PHP for use on the Internet. Note that this doesn't do what the PHP script does; this is unupdated.
